I provide individual therapy via telehealth services to clients living in Massachusetts only due to licensing restrictions. Telehealth sessions are held via a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform called Simple Practice. The initial intake session is one hour. During this session I will gather your demograhic information, get to know the reasons you are seeking therapy, your goals for therapy and ways I can support you in order to achieve your goals. Sessions following that are 45 minutes. I will pull from different evidence- based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy to help aid you in achieving your individualized goals. Based on the your own preferences you can decide how often you attend therapy but most clients start off by meeting weekly and then switch to bi-weekly or monthly based on the progress they are making.
