What I provide.

I provide individual therapy via telehealth to clients living in Massachusetts only due to licensing restrictions. Telehealth sessions are held via a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform called Simple Practice. The initial intake session is one hour. During this session I will gather your demographic information, work to understand the reasons you are seeking therapy, help you create your goals and determine the ways I can support you in order to achieve those goals. Sessions following that are 45 minutes. I will pull from different evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help aid you in achieving your individualized goals and improving your quality of life. Based on the your own preferences you can decide how often you attend therapy. Most clients start off by meeting weekly and then switch to bi-weekly or monthly sessions based on the progress they are making.
