Olivia DiVirgilio

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and the owner of North Shore Constructive Counseling LLC. I specialize in the area of adolescents 18+, college students, graduate students and young adults. I offer a compassionate, supportive, direct and collaborative approach where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, work or school stress, communication difficulties, low self-esteem and other everyday challenges. I also have a special interest in helping individuals who have experienced insecure attachment, emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving or other difficult childhood experiences that continue to impact their relationships, emotions and sense of self in adulthood.

I believe understanding why you’re feeling the way you do is an important part of healing. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences so you can move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence and self-compassion.
